FAQ

Questions,
answered.

Does a workshop cost anything?

No. Workshops are always free.

Who teaches the workshops?

Trained Teen Skin Lab student volunteers. Our materials are based on guidance from the American Academy of Dermatology and U.S. health agencies.

Do you give medical advice?

No. We teach general prevention and awareness. For questions about your own skin, talk with a trusted adult and a healthcare professional.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in South Florida. If you're farther away, reach out about starting a chapter.

How do you use survey answers?

Survey answers are anonymous and are only used in totals, like "X% of students now reapply sunscreen," to measure whether our programs work.
